We operate from Kiki’s, 10 St John’s Street!

Our current procedure room is upstairs. This means we are unable to accommodate those who cannot physically get upstairs. Apologies!

• Service fee. The fee you pay upon booking is the PIERCING FEE ONLY. There will be OUTSTANDING JEWELLERY FEES to pay on the day of your appointment. Plain beads/disks start at £10 each on top. OUR PIERCING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE so please make sure you have read our policies thoroughly and want your piercing before booking! You may move your appointment ONCE via your account - If you move more than once, the appointment will be cancelled and the service fee forfeit. If you reschedule/cancel your appointment within 24 hours, no show us, turn up late or show up without correct I.D/documentation your service fee will be forfeit. Please make sure you are aware of our policies. Our policies are clearly outlined here and throughout the website/our social media. You will also find them on each bookable service, in your reminder emails and you have to physically type ‘yes’ to ‘have you read our requirements, deposit at risk if you don’t’ so you can’t miss them!

We are not monsters, of course we will be accommodating where possible. However, we have limited spaces, eager clients and bills to pay, It’d be unlikely to find someone that could take your appointment with little to no notice so please be mindful.

We recommend booking in advance as we can’t accept walk ins and book quickly. Same day appointments accepted.

• Age restrictions. We are strictly 10+ for Lobes, 13+ Helix, 16+ all other piercings except Surface, Nipple and Genital piercings which are 18+. We DO NOT accept parental consent for any person younger than these age limits. We require government issued, photo I.D for EVERY client being pierced/serviced, as well as for parents/legal guardians. Parents/legal guardians must also be present in studio to consent for minors(Lobes/Helix only) - your government issued photo I.D’s must have the same last name (supporting documentation required for legal guardians, name changes and children in care). We DO NOT accept photo’s of your I.D as it is too easy to digitally alter them (please bring the physical copy). If you fail to provide the correct documentation or meet our age restrictions your appointment will be terminated and deposit forfeit.

We only allow one client into the treatment room at a time - if you bring a friend/family member, they will be able to wait for you in our reception area. We will be your moral support, I promise! - exceptions for minors and those who require additional assistance. We allow one (well behaved) parent/legal guardian in with you.

Minors are prohibited from entering the piercing area, please arrange alternative childcare as we do not allow unattended minors in the reception area.

• Anatomy. We do not like to tell anyone they can’t get the piercing they booked for (we are here to do a service at the end of the day!) but if your anatomy isn't suited, we will not perform it. Where possible, we will always recommend similar alternatives or recommend reputable piercers that may be able to suggest or offer something we can't as of yet. The last thing we want to do is botch you and take money for something we know won't work!

• Pregnancy/nursing. We cannot pierce those that are pregnant. Your body is already doing a very important job and the last thing it needs is more work! Healing a piercing is a challenge at the best of times, let alone when your body is preoccupied. We recommend minimum 4 months postpartum before getting any piercings (minimum 6 weeks after breastfeeding/expressing before getting nipple piercings).

We accept card payments, bank transfers and cash.
